Les Paul Tribute 1952 by Gibson
Guitarist Les Paul passed away in 2008, and to honor him, Gibson released a special tribute reissue of the classic first model of the now-icon Les Paul guitar model.
This reissue preserves the design of its original predecessor. It features a maple top, mahogany body, and rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid pearl inlays; a modern reproduction of the 'trapeze' tailpiece and bridge that Paul designed in 1950; two P-90 pickups; and classic gold lacquer finish.
